Our waist trainer Corset were most often made by specialized waist trainer corset  makers. Elaborate waist trainer required great ingenuity in cutting and stitching and each had to be specially ordered and fitted, but simpler corsets for every day could be made at home. The following manufacturing process is for an eighteenth-century corset made by a professional waist trainer corset maker.

We combine the characteristics of human body structure with fashion trends and integrate it into the design of shapewear. The shapewear developed by using ergonomics, bionics, medicine, mechanics and professional body shaping design principles is comfortable, beautiful, and comfortable. It has both shaping functions, better balance fat, repair and improve your body shape, and create a healthy and perfect body.

Each making or corsets, shapewear, and waist trainers have a different process it may seem pretty much the same but in throughout the process of the waist trainer, corsets, and shapewear each step of it is all different.

Before the making of the corsets, shapewear, and waist trainers we first get the measurements that is requested after we have the final confirmation of the measurements we print out the measurements based on the size that is given to us.

After the head designer confirms everything we then bring the printed sizes of the measurements to the cutting room and is placed above the layers of fabric which is then cut around the paper for the correct measurements of the product, trimming of the extras that isn't needed.

After all of the fabric has been cut it is then sent to our production room where the head designer inspects it and then is gone through production to start the process of the waist trainers, shapewear or corsets and then is made according to the size that is requested from our clients.

After the process of the waist trainers, shapewear, corsets it then goes to the packing room where the finished product is then packaged neatly or according to our clients requests and is then boxed ready to shipped to our clients.
